Schedule: 2 weeks with online live lectures Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30-1:30 October 5, 7, 12, 14, 2021

This 9 hour course will focus on the process for selecting and designing solutions to achieve high airtightness and low Thermal Energy Demand (low-TEDI) for Part 3 Building enclosures with specific discussion of enclosure costing, constructability, and quality control.  This course is meant to simulate the design and construction process of real life projects where the design team must deal the owner's requirements, building code requirements, budgets, supplier constraints, construction management, and commissioning activities.
